]]> http://susan.shelliwood.net/?p=771&cpage=1#comment-23 lorna harris Tue, 06 Sep 2011 21:34:26 +0000 http://susan.shelliwood.net/?p=771#comment-23 I am a widow and have felt and understood so much of what Susan has said, I strongly feel that untill this happens to you you do not understand the intense pain, the reality of the journey you have in front of you and how "widow's and widower's are so "not understood" the state of being widowed is still so much in the dark ages and can sometimes feel that it get's a stigmar attached to it( people don't know what to say sindrome,so they cross the road) or feelthey have to say something but bless, they say the wrong thing. Myself and some other widows and widowers have set up a group in Wales WELSH WIDOWS and hope for It to spread further(we do have a member in Jersey)we have a web site called Welsh widows, it's free as is any meetings etc, we now have 84 members, men and women age ranging from 30 to 70 and as it has grows we hope to become a not profit charity and we would love Susane or another person to be our patron.
